I had an amazing experience at Smiley Face! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Chachii, who went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. She was patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. The office is clean, organized, and has such a friendly atmosphere. The staff truly cares about their patients and makes sure you’re well taken care of. If you’re looking for a place for braces with excellent customer service and a team that genuinely wants the best for you, I highly recommend Smiley Face. I want to take a moment to recognize the two receptionists at the front desk Karin and Bebo because exceptional customer service deserves to be acknowledged. Every single time I walk through those doors, they greet me with a warm smile, kindness, and professionalism that immediately makes me feel welcome. No matter how busy they are, they remain patient, respectful, and genuinely pleasant with everyone they encounter. I’ve been stressed looking for affordable dentist, especially for braces ! I stopped in and my worries went away ! The consultation for my daughter was amazing. They were thorough! They were informative and you could tell the Dentist was more focused on the Health of the teeth vs just getting Money! Everything was just as it should be! It was worth stopping in. ❤️

I’ve had a great experience at this orthodontist office so far. The atmosphere is always nice and clean, they play good music, and the customer service is excellent. The treatments are quick and painless. Today Kaclie took care of me and made everything easy and comfortable. I Highly recommend!
